AMF PANEL & DG SYNCHRONIZATION PANELS

AMF Panel & DG Synchronization Panels

AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panels and DG (Diesel Generator) synchronization panels are critical components in ensuring uninterrupted power supply in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. The AMF panel automatically detects a power failure from the main grid and commands the backup generator to start. Once the power supply is restored, it also manages the smooth shutdown of the generator. These panels are essential for facilities where constant power is crucial, like hospitals, data centers, and large manufacturing plants.

The AMF panel is equipped with sensors and control units that monitor the incoming mains supply. In case of any voltage or frequency anomaly, the AMF panel swiftly isolates the main grid and initiates the DG set. This transition from grid power to backup power happens seamlessly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

On the other hand, DG synchronization panels play a pivotal role when multiple generators are required to operate in parallel. Synchronization ensures that all generators share the load equally and that the electrical parameters like voltage, frequency, and phase sequence are matched before connecting multiple generators to the same busbar. This is essential in large power setups where load demand varies, and one generator alone may not suffice.

DG synchronization panels are also designed with advanced features like load sharing, load shedding, and even provision for automatic generator start-stop based on load requirements. They help in optimizing fuel consumption and reducing operational costs by intelligently managing the generators' operation. In addition to load balancing, these panels ensure redundancy, enhancing the reliability of the power supply system.

Both AMF and DG synchronization panels are integrated with safety features such as overload protection, short circuit protection, and fault indication systems. They are crucial for maintaining power reliability and safety in modern power management systems, helping businesses and institutions prevent costly downtime and operational inefficiencies.
